Racial Equity Audit

This audit supports SLT to reflect deeply on current school practices and where changes can be made to move towards a more inclusive anti-racist school.

This audit will require SLT to complete a detail audit of key areas in the school:

  • Inclusive Leadership and Management
  • Quality Anti-Racist Education and Personal Development in a Global Context
  • Well-being, Behaviour and Attitudes (Pupil Support)
  • Well-being, Behaviour and Attitudes (Parents and External Support)

Marva Rollins OBE who has conducted audits across Tower Hamlets and Haringey schools will work with SLT to develop a forward plan for the school. Schools will ideally need to commit for a full day with Marva, arranging conversations with teachers, students, parents and governors. Schools will be provided with a comprehensive report with suggested strategies, ideas and resources based on school need.
